Hi we are using iPlanet application server. our application is working fine in internet explorer., but not working in netscape browser.
we are using the coolmenu as menubar.in Netscape it is looking in some other folder, for example, the exact path for ServingRatio page shoud be http://203.129.237.83/NASApp/MelstarGops/vcmt/ServingRatio.jsp, but it is looking in the path http://203.129.237.83/NASApp/vcmt/ServingRatio.jspBut in IE it is looking correct path.
we have coded menuBar like this.
oCMenu.makeMenu('sub0003','sub00','Serving Ratio','vcmt/Test.jsp','','','').You can check the URL http://203.129.237.83/NASApp/MelstarGops/index.jspto test in Netscape.
username = USRADMIN
password = ADMIN.
Main menu -- VMS
submenu -- committee
sub submenu--serving ratio
Thanks and regards
Hari.

Interesting. Haven't seen the coolmenu before - is it a standard example in iAS/iWS? Or did you code it yourself? If you have access to the source code, you need to dive in there and figure out how the path is being built. It sounds to me like it's dynamic, and something it's using is coming from the request (http headers maybe?). If you don't have source and can't get a bugfix, I think you're kinda stuck. BTW, does this happen in both Netscape 4.x AND 6.x?
