I had heard about a Eclipse plugin for JRun, MNPZ JRun Launcher, some time back. I am not sure whether that plugin works or not. I had seen it on this japanese site JRun Eclipse plugin. Apart from this, i havent heard of a plugin for JRun on Eclipse.
