Error initializing the Glassfish applic

Hi all,
I am using Glassfish application server version 2 build 3. I try to initialize the Glassfish application server with the following command :

.\lib\ant\bin\ant -f setup.xml and I receive the following error :

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Files\QuickTime\QTSystem\QTJava/zip -f setup/xml

Noting that I am using Windows XP Service pack 2 and that I have set all the necessary enviroment variables such as JAVA_HOME, ANT_HOME, GLASSFISH_HOME

Hi all,
I have found the problem.
The problem was because the jar file was missing many other files.
I knew this by realizing the downloaded jar file size is not the same as the jar file on the download site.
