To whom it may concern
My name is Jason Whitson and I'm with Systems Engineering Services Corp. We currently have a cutting edge, very exciting 60 person Web Development/E-Commerce project that we have to staff ASAP. We are going to be hiring from Jr. - Senior developers. Senior positions are being filled first but we're probably going to be constantly hiring over the next couple of years. The necessary skills are simple, and as follows, but please don't discount yourself as we are going to be hiring for junior positions as well:
A strong Object Oriented Development background (Any flavor)
1-2 Years Enterprise level Java development experience
For the lead roles we will need Management and/or Project management experience

A more detailed technical profile of the project is as follows. Please note that these are not necessary skills but will make you a stronger match:
IBMs Websphere Application Server, Advanced Edition, which is a high performance Enterprise Java Beans (EJB) server that uses Java servlets, JavaServer Pages, and Extensible Markup Language (XML); PVCS (source version control), Rational Rose (visual modeling), parts of the IBM Visual Age suite, HTML, CORBA/IBM Component Broker, and JavaScript. We understand these initiatives will be managed using an E-Commerce version of IBMs WSDDM project management methodology.
An additional forty resources are currently developing middleware applications in software called MDp (Message Driven Processor), a screen scraper that interacts through CICS to the Central Database (CDB) on the mainframe. This technology will also be used in the proposed E-Commerce development projects.
This project will take place in the Denver Tech Center. All hires are FTE's. The salary ranges are flexible depending on fit and level of expertise but currently we are hiring between $75,000-130,000 in addition to paid overtime and multiple bonus opportunites. Full benefits are included and details will be released for individual requests.
Please contact me as soon as possible via any of the means below, including paging in the evening until 10:00 pm Sunday - Thursday. Also, a $500 bonus will be rewarded to any person referring a hire. please forward this to any friends, co-workers or colleges that may also be interested. Thank you for your consideration! Talk to you soon.
