Job Title: Java Developer
Candidate should have:
- Looking for someone with 2-3 yr. industry Java experience
- 5+years industry software experience
- 3+ years C++ or Java and OO analysis,design and coding (industry)
- Java/Swing, (NON-web-based GUI development)
- 1+ year writing JAVA GUI
- Beans
- UNIX
- Visual Cafe
- strong debug skills on client/server and distributed systems
- Team player,Excellent English communications skills, analysis/design and implementation

Would be nice if they had:
-Strong understanding of developing software in UNIX environment as well as on Windows/NT
-Understanding of CORBA, hands-on CORBA experience
-Understanding and experience working with relational databases - Oracle specifically
Java candidates with primarily web-based, HTML, AWT, Java applet experience are NOT needed for this position as the manager feels, in most cases, these candidates DO NOT have appropriate GUI application experience.
