The website and poster is now available for the OOPSLA (Object-Oriented Programming Systems, Languages and Architectures) conference for 2004. OOPSLA is the grandaddy of all conferences about OO topics like Java, C++, Smalltalk, UML, etc. It's now in its 19th year, and every year features tutorials from speakers like Martin Fowler, Alistair Cockburn, Grady Booch, Steve Mellor, and sometimes evey yours truly. It also has cutting-edge research paper presentations, exciting panels on relevant topics, and lots of other opportunities to improve your object knowledge.
The program is not yet available (the Call for papers will be up in a few days) but now is the time to start thinking about asking for funding to attend. Vancover is a beautiful city (I'm there now) and the conference promises to be interesting as always.
