If i should learn something to be an QA Analyst what kind courses should i study?
I have a Java & xml backgrnd.

You should try to learn about testing and how it is different from programming. For more specifics, a good place to look is a flyer from a training company (like The Learning Tree) to see what they put in a course on the subject. Another place to look is the SQA certification outline.
