Kri,
It depends on how you define "unit test." To test the logic without the server, you can test the classes using JUnit.

To test the web application end to end, you can use JWebUnit.

That's why I said it depends on the definition of "unit test"

JWebUnit or Cactus can be used to test the actual webpages. JWebUnit appears to be a little friendlier to use, but either is ok.
