If you are looking to write a JUnit integration test, IBM has an article about some free add ons (like XML Unit) that are helpful.

If you are looking for a commercial tool, there are a number of them. Googling "web services testing" brings up a bunch.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
