Technical Lead/Project Lead
At least 3 years should be development using the object paradigm and an OO language (C++ or
Java).
(The more experience the better.)
� 3+ years experience doing OO architecture and design using UML, Booch, or OMT.
� 2+ years experience in one or more of these areas:
Rational
Rose CASE development (modeling and code generation a plus);
designing from a Use Case;
using the Rational Unified Process;
Design
Patterns;
distributed systems (preferrably
EJB, but maybe TCP, Sockets, RMI, or CORBA).
� A definite plus would be some specialized domain knowledge in one of these areas:
control systems;
robotics;
imaging systems;
biotechnology (biochemistry, genotyping, gene expression);
