IBM RAD Component testing

I am a Java /J2ee developer.
In RAD (Rational application developer - IBM IDE), there is a feature called component testing. I am trying to find out how this is different from the unit testing with JUnits.

PS: I use agitar framework for unit testing.

Vijay,
The biggest difference is that it requires RAD to run. JUnit can be run outside the IDE too. Also note that component tests are integration tests and require the serve to be up. JUnit can be used to run unit tests without requiring a server.
