Suppose I want to automate my test(Unit,system,integration) would just testing framework like Junit,TestNg do along with a CI server ? I havent worked on such project, so my question?

You don't even need a framework, let alone a CI server. Just write your first test.

Of course using an existing framework makes things a bit easier...
