As far as I could tell, neither of these products support sequence diagrams. Without them I don't think a UML tool has very much value.

I feel,
Together soft's white board is good with less complex in doing reverse/forward engineering that Rational Rose.u can download evaluation copy at here

As far as I know, Together WhiteBoard (i.e. the free version) only supports class diagrams.

rational software Inc. is Rational Rose.
It is regarded as one of the best.
