Greetings !
If anybody can point me to weblinks, from where I can learn and get smart in understanding the UML diagrams (meant Use Case diagrams etc.). I see that every notation has a specific meaning, and I am interested in knowing this.
regards

try advanced software it will show you the basics.
but you really should go get uml distilled for more indepth look at uml.
or a book that will help you learn a process in applying uml named Applying UML and Patterns

The OMG specification for UML can be found at www.omg.org. It is pretty readable and has some great examples of the notation and its use.
I also like UML Distilled, The UML User's Guide, and of course, my own tome...

Thanks everybody. I think I shall start with www.omg.org, and then proceed further, and even buy UML distilled as some of you have suggested.
Thanks again
Srini.
