I looked into the description of the test by IBM and there is no mentioning of the passing score. Should I assume that it is 70%?

Actually the description of the test at the IBM site reads:
"It contains approximately 55 questions, and you will have 120 minutes to complete it."
So, given the 69% passing score, 38/55 would be adequate to pass. However, I wonder why the passing score is not explicitly mentioned at the test description page. Is it implicit that this is the passing score for all IBM tests?

NO. I know the passing score for WAS was 50%.
