There are multiple openings with the broad guidlines listed below. The salary expectations, depending on experience and level of expertise, could range from 75-250K (NO KIDDING)total compensation. The majority of these positions are based in Denver, CO. Other locations include Portland, Seattle and Milwaukee. This description is just like the rest of 'em. Java, Java, Java........! You probably don't even need to read it!
For the positions that are on the higher end of the salary range, we are looking for the "Best of the Best". This is a group that includes some of the most talented SW engineers IN THE WORLD and will be creating long term development methodologies for international Fortune 500 clients. Major Responsibilities
 Manage OO development efforts
 Assist with selling OO development work
 Assist with recruiting and growing practice
 Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior developers
 Provide quality assurance on client engagements

Knowledge and Background Requirements
Minimum
 At least five years experience in software development projects including complete development lifecycle
 Three years experience with OO Analysis and Design using one of the prominent methodologies
 Three years development experience in C++ and/or Java
 Experience in development of Web based, 3-tier applications
 Experience with UNIX and Windows NT
 Experience with structured application development methodology
 Strong creative problem solving and troubleshooting skills
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Ability to work in team situations
 Willingness to travel as needed to client sites to work on projects

Desirable, not essential
 Familiarity with CORBA and Messaging Architectures
 Experience using ODBC/JDBC/SQL to interact with enterprise database systems
 Experience with C++ direct I/O and/or message-based methods of database access
 Experience developing Enterprise Java Beans
 Experience implementing transaction integrity using commitment control
 UML/Rational Rose
 Experience with XML and XSLt
