You should live in Southern California since a personal interview will be required.
Skills/Experience:
�Two to five years of experience in business application design, development, installation and modification in an online environment.
�Two to five years experience with JAVA programming.
�A working knowledge with any of the following is a definite plus: PowerBuilder, Visual Basic, C/C++, MS SQL Server, ODBC, GUIs, and others.
�A working knowledge and experience with using Unix operating systems is desirable
�A thorough knowledge of SQL
�Experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to that of the employer is preferred.
�Excellent analytical skills
�Good oral and written communication skills
�Some experience related to the energy industry is definitely a plus.
Degrees/Certifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems related discipline or equivalent work experience and technical training, is required.
