Does the test cover a specific process method, such as rup,up,oosp, or open.
Ive been passing all areas except the development process questions.
Thanks

Hi Todd,
Test 486 does not cover processes like the ones you mentioned in your post. The Development process that is covered is strictly as per IBM recommended book listings - Larman: Applying UML and Patterns and Martin Fowler : UML Distilled.
Hope this helps,
Sandeep

But, Unified Process was used as the example of iterative process in Larman's book.

Hi Allan,

It is just a illustrative Development process that has been used in Larman's book.I think some where in the beginning Larman or Fowler has mentioned in their books that it would be impossible to explain the topic without taking into consideration a development process.
However, this doesnot mean that Development Process like RUP would be covered in Test 486.
Hope this helps,
Sandeep
