Hi ranchers,
I have heard a lot of Rational Rose and some other UML tools. What is particularly of ur choice? And why?
And how many free tools are there? Any URL to download some? I just downloaded neatvision which was formerly known as JVision...

My favorite UML Tools are whiteboards (really!), because I use UML mostly to discuss design with colleagues.
To capture the designs I have used TogetherJ and Rational Rose. I liked the UI of Rose a little bit better, but that's just personal preference, I guess.
I have heard a lot of good words about Whiteboard Photo (http://www.pixid.com/wphoto.html).
The only free UML-Tool I know of is ArgoUML. It's some time ago I did try it and it wasn't very mature then...
