Hello I am slightly confused by my score. After an initial read of UML Distilled I was able to clear the ICE mock with a score of 75. Isnt Larman the most important book ? ( I am yet to read it). Is the real exam mostly conceptual like ICE or does it ask for specific examples from Larman ? When do you know you are ready for the real test ? Looks like one cannot base that judgement solely on the mock exam score. Does anyone know of any other mocks ? Seriously, IBM or the authors Larman,Fowler should provide more review questions. Afterall neither the exam nor those books are cheap! Regards
"umltester" Once again, I'd like to ask you to please review the JavaRanch Naming Policy and edit your profile so that your display name complies with the rules. Bias aside, I think there is no better place to review the questions for the exam than this forum. Do a search for "long post" and you should find most of the questions in ICE have already been discussed extensively before. Thanks, Junilu Lacar
I think the Larman book is a must read for the exam. Yes, the book is not cheap. But the first edition is cheap. Dont know it is a good idea to get the first instead of the second edition though. Other mock? I dont ice is the only one.
