I need some good book about design of some small scenarios out java, db and oo desings
there are many books about each subject in detail
but i would like to know about some book which discusses briefly about all of them, giving examples

Hi,
I would recommend "Applying UML and Patterns:An Introduction to Object_Oriented Analysis and Design and the Unified Process" by Craig Larman(2nd Edition) for starters.
For java, try " Java Design : Building Better Apps and Applets (With CD Rom) ", Edition 2
by Coad, Peter

I strongly recommend:
"Java Design : Building Better Apps and Applets (With CD Rom) ", Edition 2 by Coad, Peter
It's one of the best books out there.

Hi Soni,
Try Applying UML and Patterns by Craig Larman. I've read it. Its an excellent book.

I need some good book about design of some small scenarios out java, db and oo designs

It has exactly what you are looking for. Small scenarios with java, DB and plenty off OO design guidelines.
It covers all the patters that are in general use and in fact provides a higher level of classification. For example: around 5-6 patterns
mentioned in Gof are nothing but different ways of attaining something called "Protected Variations".
This high level of classification gives a very good insight into OO design.

Thanks
Ali

Looks good. I've added ISBNs to maybe make them easier to find.

Is that a spider in your hair? Here, threaten it with this tiny ad:
