Role with the group (tech. lead, individual contributor, etc.): Technical Lead Work environment (cube, office, bull pen): Open office, no cubes Size of department: 6 and growing Required Skills: Extensive experience with Java and OOA/OOD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) is required. Knowledge and experience of JAVA, RMI and JDBC required. Experience with a n-tier model (RMI) design. Experience with Oracle a plus. Knowledge of TCP/IP sockets and protocol implementation a plus. Knowledge of UML preferred. Experience with Servlets, XML, JSP, Swing, JSP Tag Extension a big plus. Knowledge of Perl and C++ helpful.
