Metiom is in search of a Development technical lead for there Salt Lake City location.
This individual will lead the development efforts of up to six other developers. They will be a hands on developer. They must be a skilled software developer and familiar with professional software development techniques. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that the team develops a robust and timely design for each project. The Development Technical Lead will be responsible for coordinating the development efforts across team members, assigning tasks and maintaining status and schedule documents across the team. One of the most critical jobs of the Development Technical Lead is to take larger design and development tasks and build a set of tasks and a plan for executing them such that risks are mitigated and resources are effectively used.
The individual must be skilled in Java. Experience in web application development is required. Knowledge of XSL, HTML, EJB and Servlet programming is a plus. Business scenarios, use cases and a general understanding of requirements modeling required. OO modeling and data modeling skills required.
In general, this individual will have 5 + years of development experience and 1+ years of development technical lead experience.
