Hi All,
Here is the scenario: My company is newly growing company. We have good real life projects to do. We have a small team with not much experience. They don't know much about software development process, not aware of RUP, UML, OOAD&D. Since I've used RUP, UML, OOA&D in my projects and also done IBM 486 exam. Therefore my company owner has asked me to make a presentation and present it to all the team including him. Well, this is a big responsibility because the development process, OOA&D, UML etc. which I am going to present will form the first step of SDLC in their minds. However, they know SDLC w.r.t Waterfall model and structured programming.
So, kindly tell me what areas should I cover in the presentation? And is there any related presentation present on internet? Well, I am searching...

Bye,
Viki.
