Scott Ambler's www.AgileModeling.com site has a lot of neat information, too. It has more articles than tutorials so it may not be exactly what you need today, but it will be a great resource as you get going.

You may also consider buying the Uml Book of Grady Booch, James Rumbagh and ....

It is really a very nice book.

Or else you may also condier UmL Distilled by Martin Fowler.
