Great link. I think JavaRanch should ask everyone to at least have a look at this article in order to make this forum more to the point and more useful.

Raj, no offense. This is something that's happening in all topics.

A more specific question also increases the credibility of the questioner. Others would at least get a feeling that the questioner has looked at other sources before coming here.
