I guess I am against OOP somewhat , but I am so by not being closed minded. I am not against acquiring knowledge of anything that is relevant for designing and implementing applications. This book could have explained OOP in a unique way that is easy to remember.

The book talked about design patterns not only OOP. My functional application only that way because I use load of fa�ades , factory methods and utility methods also my application implements observer out of necessity because I need to access an OOP GUI. I hope to eventually use MVC pattern in the form of Python-Cards so my application never needs to be dependent on a pacific GUI toolkit.
