Sun's J2EE Patterns are online, not a book, but have a lot of good ideas.

The Core J2EE Design Patterns book is available on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0131422464/002-0295478-3585657?v=glance&n=283155

You can even take a 'look inside' the book.

Make sure you order the second edition (2003) not the first edition (2001). Both of them are listed on Amazon.

I can recommend this book without hesitation.

I wish to win the lottery. I wish for a lovely piece of pie. And I wish for a tiny ad:
