Position Summary

The client is seeking to supplement existing applications development resources with a technical person having strong applications development experience in a Java environment. An ideal candidate will have recent experience enhancing and supporting mission-critical, enterprise web solutions. These solutions are built and maintained by a high profile technical team having a direct impact on business productivity and success. Familiarity with eCommerce concepts and system integration and performance optimization strategies are very helpful. A Systems Analyst is responsible for analysis, development and support for computer software to meet the needs of business operations. Job Responsibilities
- Hands on programming, testing and implementation

This team is responsible for about 80% of the company's applications, that is why they need a broad range of application skills. They will also need to perform minor development as required for fixes and minor enhancements. This position requires the person to carry a pager and be on call as part of a rotation. Needs someone who has the ability to cross-train.
