Princeton Information has a new opening in Dallas, TX for a Tier2 web applications support developer. The intial project phase is 6 months, with possibility of extending.
The Consultant will be responsible for supporting web sites at the Tier2 level. Communication with Tier1 helpdesk, Tier3 development, and end users to troubleshoot and solve problems. Position is expected to eventually transition into a Tier3 development support role. Most users of the web applications are located in the Latin American region so fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus but not required.
We are looking for a Troubleshooter & Team player who will interact with Tier 1 and tier 3 Support, gather related symptoms and formulate action in order to solve problem at hand.
