MVC does this task along with separating data access. I think Front Controller would be more suitable answer to the given question.
Action form:

----------------------------------------------------------------
1) In Jsp

-----------------------------------------------------------------
2) You can fill your actionform properties with values in the database through action (or some business object) before forwarding it to jsp.
In that case you need not set property manually on the jsp.

Can you please explain what does it mean by putting password in query string?

JSP
You can write a javascript function to check for those fields before submitting the form. Which returns true if both the fields are not empty. You can call this function after Onclick event.

When Javascript function returns true, then only request is forwarded to the action.

onKlick, 'K' should be replaced with 'c. Had to write like that as this replying system is not letting to post and complaining about javascipt malicious content

JSP
Read character data <-> request.getReader()
Read binary data [example: images] <-> request.getInputStream()

You can use any one of these methods to retrieve the request's body.

Have you been using same browser on both OSs? In case if there is any browser specific javascript code which is being called before sending request, it might be possible not to send the request.

It will be automatically synchronized and web container uses different copy of jsp-person bean though in application scope. This is what I think. Any corrections/ideas are welcome.
