Wanted to debug a Tomcat web application using Eclipse 3.2.

I have Tomcat integrated with Eclipse.
Can someone provide me with pointers as to how to use Eclipse to debug a JSP page?

Can someone guide me to startup a project using Velocity?
Sparse information about using velocity as a template engine to generate JSP / Struts based application is available.

Can someone point me to good links for using Velocity, and some real life examples will be excellent.
