I think you would receive more "Resumes", if you accept people from abroad. There are many guys hoping an opportunity to leave their countries, searching a better life. Also it could better for your company, economically, if you can hire people at lower cost

You have to show all the records that exactly match.

One solution proposed in other threads of this forum was to create an intermediate class which filters all the results of "Data find(String[] criteria);" and returns only the records that exactly match.

Since what version WebSphere supports J2EE 1.4??

I have the version 5.1 and only supports J2EE 1.3

Method create is required in the data module interface

I program the create method, but use it, I think, is out of scope.

Do we need to update the owner field or mark this item "deleted" as well as updating the owner field.

I will to mark this field.
