While i Run my JSP page using the Internet explorer, im getting "questFieldConfig" is undefined. i donno whats this "questFieldConfig". That is while i run that Jsp page, in the bottom of IE, it is coming like "done with error" so i click on it, then it is showing me like "questFieldConfig" undefined. IF anyone knows plz help me out. Thanks in Advance

And Yes im using javascripts in this web application.

No, still im not getting it. Actually its not like servlet,Jsp, its something like jetspeed,one of the tool to develope websites. Its a different frame work, so using img i dint get it. Do u know any other way using JSP

Is it possible to include a "gif" file in a JSP page

I have used the following syntax:

<%@ include file="feather.gif" %>

But im not getting the output. Is there any way to include an image in our JSP file?

Thank u very much, but, since i'm using the LIKE keyword, i should use the % otherwise it will not fetch all the relevant names. So i have use the %. So if u ahve any other ideas plz let me know

try with this... but i'm not exactly know about the date and time. you use the above thing and search in google, u may get some ideas. All the best

Hi all,

In my Servlet project,im using the following query to fetch those employee names which are LIKE the variable "emp". But while i compile this i'm getting a "Incompatible type" compilation error.

If anyone knows the answer, plz help me out.....

String sql_getAll = "select * from DEPARTMENT WHERE EMPNAME LIKE '" + %emp% + "';";

I'm using this query along with Result Set.

Hai Ulf and kalali, thanks for ur suggestions. And Ulf, i told "i dont have any idea" Actually sorry for that, what i try to mean is, i had idea, but not clear idea. Thats what my problem, Then Thanks for the link u have given to me, i will go through it. And Kalali, i am trying to create a blog porltlet in a portal. My Team Lead asked me to create such a portlet. Its related to Bank project. So i need some of the API's, so that i can easily integrate it in to my portlet.But i didn't get any of the relavent API. ok now what im going to do is, with out API's i will code myself and i try to create a blog portlet, and if get any other problem, i will post the further queries. Any one knows what is meant by Bloging? And also i need some of the API to integrate the bloging in my jetspeed portlet. if any one knows plz reply me as soon as possible. in fact i dont even have an idea about bloging, plz just describe about bloging and also tell me the Free API for bloging to integrate it.
