I'm working with an IT solution firm now I got a very very good offer from a MNC Financal firm (They are paying me a real handsome salary) The thing is there is not onsite here.
With companys like LB, ML, Morgan Stanly, Citigroup, etc. starting their own IT Division is really a start for panic for IT solutions firms in long run. The project that IT solution companys get from this gaints will fall darastically in time.
Will it be a good move to work with this company which pay good Indian salary but no onsite (I consider onsite to be a good income then Indian salary however high it is)
Guyz wats your opinion on this. Will this experience help or is it better to stick with IT solution firm.
Australia has 30% flat Tax. 60K AUD PA will be a good salary. Which part of Australia are they sending you? Perth is Cheaper Sydney is Expensive Melbourne is moderate.
Just for my knowledge which technology are you working for and what domain project is this?
Even for me, my 1st company where I worked for 2 years closed around 2 years ago. I dont have an experience certificate from there. I told my present company about it gave them the address and my project managers number with whom I have worked there. And I think my verification process was cleared (Yea I was really scared when they fired a few people) but if they find any discripency they will surely ask my justification and I can provide them with something or have someone who can justify that I was working with that firm. Just dont try to lie or manipulate things.
I dont think you have to worry about it till you are not faking anything. You can tell the interviewer whatever the reason is. There are many people who have a gap in education due to family probs too and many company consider that. If u have the experience and are good at work no educational or career gap will effect you till you dont fake anything.
1st when we were waiting a manager (3rd Indian LB employee) came in and talked about LB and said that they are growing and targeting a strenght of 1600 by this December. I cleared all the round of interview's at LB. The HR female told me that I'll be getting a call from US counter part for one more round. I waited for 2 days and called back the HR, she said they have closed the position and I cant even attend the interview for next 6 months. I somehow got a feeling that LB in India is been not managed well.
Does anyone have some similar experience with some other firm?
My girlfriend always get angry when I say a no to the smallest thing. She will make a big issue of it say absured things which will get to my nervers. She doesnt remember all the good things and good times I give her. She will remember all the no's or days I cant go out for lunch dinner with her and forget the nice time and dinners we have had together. She is nice but its just this mood swings that happens to her at times really makes me feel bad.
Is there anyway to handle this? YES!! I mean is there anyway to keep females happy all the time?
What happen's if a company has closed down. My 1st company where I was working has closed around a year ago. How will they cross verify with this company? I have 1.6 years Experience with that company in my 4 years of experience does it become invalid?
