Hi Guys,

Thanks a lot for all your replies.

I've asked for more salary as I think It's not advisable to go there for this kind of salary but I've not got any reply from them.

Cheers!

Not really.
For taxation purposes, you are considered a resident as long as you meet certain criteria.

what are the criteria...how can I know about this...can you please elaborate...

Hi Rajan,

Thanks a ton for the reply...I think you have spent some time in KL.

Please let me know how much is the tax over there.

I Personally feel like negotiating the salary part as I won't be able to save much with this salary...

money wise I'm very much in good condition here in pune...and I think there is a little bit risk involved in going there as I think I won't be able to change job there...

Any suggestions on salary negotiations?...

Thanks Guys...This is useful...

But I am still looking for some Rancher, who has actually worked in Malaysia, to reply this post...

Is anyone there?

Cheers!

Hi Ranchers,

I've come to know that monthly expenses there would be max 1500 RM and tax is 8% so it comes to 480RM.

so I would be able to save 4250 * 12 = 51000 INR.

is it worth going there for this much money?

Cheers!

I'm thinking to apply for HSMP this year.

I've 3.5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE.

I'm just wondering whether HSMP will help me get a job in UK sitting in India?

Please share the knowledge that you have on this matter.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I understand the impotance of experience of getting certification but in few posts people are requesting to send solutions to their personal e-mail ids and no body is discouraging them to post such messages.
for example send me your solution at my e-mail id.
I was bit frustated to read those messages; so thought to start this thread. Hopefully moderator or senior member would pass their comments in such posts.

I dont understnad what is the harm if we see others' solutions...we learn not only by our mistakes but even others...so objecive of asking for solutions was to know what should not be done, what we can do in the better way...I guess ideas flows by knowing others ideas and there is no harm in it...

Aksh
