Am I certified or I need to wait for Part 3 result?

Thank you for all your help!!
Congrats Samuel !!

Could you tell me if you show in the component diagram all the user interfaces for the standalone application?.
Im thinking to show only the business delegates and the rest in a unique component. What do you think about that?
Hi Cleuton,

Hi Francesco,

"TransMaster, in order to expand market share, is in the process of creating a new API that relies on the Internet"

I think you must consider that observation.
I think the price is per flight. The price is not the same for each flight solution. flight1 + flight 2 <> flight3.
Yes, you can but I dont recomend you. You must create an architecture J2EE based and EJB's are an main J2EE technology for developing distributed, large scale systems
Hello all,

I have a conceptual doubt and i need to clear it.

For example:

Search Criteria : MAD, LAX, 12/10/2006, 10:00

The system could return:

MAD - ORD 12/10/2006 11:00 14:00 FLIGHT1
ORD - LAX 12/10/2006 15:00 20:00 FLIGHT2

MAD - LAX 12/10/2006 16:00 FLIGHT3

MAD - LHR 12/10/2006 10:00 12:00 FLIGHT4
LHR - LAX 12/10/2006 13:00 19:00 FLIGHT5

I think the system could return a list of optional trips (departure, return) where a trip is a composite entity o one or many flights.

I think when the users searches for a flight(departure, return) he really searches for a trip. If we return a flight list how can we know which flight is combined with other?

I need some sugestions.
Congrats Cleuton!! Really good score.

Two questions for you.

- Do you show in your sequence diagrams real signature methods (with all the params) or only show high level messages?

- Do you show in your Sequence Diagrams the HttpSession Object or only an abstraction of this object? (not web application dependent).

Thanks in advance.
"System responds with the selected flight priced and alternative flights if less than selected and within one hour of departure and return times."

At this time the user only has selected the departure flight/s and the return flight/s.

How can the system price the Itinerary if the user not yet selected the seats?

"The simple pricing scheme consists of one price for first class and one price for coach."

I agree your comments!
-------------------------------------------------------------------
A segment has a 1-1 relationship with a flight.
-------------------------------------------------------------------

I agree with you in one direction. I think a segment has a direct relation with only one flight but I think in the reverse direction I flight can be related with more than one segment. If I mantain a 1-1 relationship Im saying that a flight only can have one reservation.

Am I wrong? Please, I need to clear my doubts.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
You may see it as a Segment IS a Seat booked in a Flight by a Customer.
--------------------------------------------------------------------

I think you can book more than one seat per segment.
For example I can book two seats in a segment JFK - LAX.
I think you are right in all your assuptions and I think that is a must to modify the cardinality when you extends the BDOM (segment 0..* - 1 flight ). If you assume that the segment - flight cardinality is 1..1 then you are saying "I flight only exists when a segment exists", in other words "A product exists only when an orderline exists".
I assume that a Segment is an OrderLine for an itinerary. If I mantain the cardinality between Segment and Flight this means that I flight only exists if a Segment exists too (1..1) and this is the same if I say that a product only exists if exists an OrderLine for this product.

What do you think about that?

I will apreciate your comments.
