I need some advice in HTML
For example I have a website (website.com) with two hmtl files: index.html, bookmarks.html. At the end of each .html file is "Copyright 2003 logo".
Can I declare the value 2003 sort of global, that I change the value in index.html it will changes on bookmarks html too?
Thanks

Interesting
Somehow it works
[root@localhost mike]# javac -classpath Main.java somePackage/*.java
[root@localhost mike]#
But Don't understand why it didn't work before.
#1 Install SDK
[root@localhost mike]# java -version
java version "1.4.0_01"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.0_01-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.0_01-b03, mixed mode)
#2 Setup Path in etc/profile
PATH=/usr/java/j2sdk1.4.0_01/bin:$PATH
#import pacakges and create packages.

I use Linux (Red hat 7.3). I'm tyring create packages and import them and it gives me an error.
If I create package.. Is it correct for Linux?

I don't know but it gives me an error ..
Have to provide absolute path? How does it works?

Apologize Mr.Bill Brogden that I didn't send email to you. Btw. I like the book
Thanks
On the book SCJP Java 2 by Bill Brogden on page 82 is question or Project # 3.5
Can someone give the answer to it:
WHy the declaration of the method is not good:
public boolean doThissEvent(AWTEvent evt)
Thanks
What file?
In general you need to enter correct permission. Type ls -l to find out the permission. If permission is not set up.. Use the commands
chmod 777 file.bin
./file.bin
or
chmod a+x file.bin
./file.bin

Hello
I don't see the logic at all behind the devision by 0 in Java.
Example # 1:
int a = 0;
int b = 2;
int c = b/a;
//Result is Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero

Example #2:
int a = 0;
double b = 3.14;
double c =b/a;
//Result
Infinity
IT'S very strange .
What do you think?
Thanks

I think that OpenSSH was installed by default on your box. When you start the Linux do you see the message:
Start sshd: OK
Also check the following thing: go to etc/init.d directory and see if you have the "sshd" in there. Try the following commands:
./sshd stop
./sshd start
To run the sshd as the daemon do the following:
chkconfig sshd on

Hello
I just upgrade the Kernel of RH 7.3. When I reboot a computer I see the choice between old and new kernel: OLD: 2.4.18.3 NEW: 2.4.18.10.
Is it possbile to remove the old kernel? If so how? Or it's good idea to keep it?
Thanks

When I installed Galeon web Browser it said that Mozilla and GNOME are required. My friend told me that Galean is just Graphical Interface of Mozilla. Correct?

Mozilla Error Message on RH 7.3 ( post #1)
I just installed the Mozilla 1.1 latest version. On some websites that are using Java I got the error message:
Error Message

"This page contains information of a type (application/x-Java-VM) that can be only viewd with appropriate plug in"

Any suggestions what I have to do?

Thanks
