a points to an array of type C so only C and it's subclasses are acceptable?
VOIP is voice over internet, in effect a phone call transmitted over the net. Lots of people use Skype, others like messengers which have free webcam with visual and sound, business people have their companies pay their phone bills, I have no clue who'd actually want to pay for an internet phone call.
