I can't agree with you more on this...the way the human system works, there is always a cost/risk if you choose to do or not do one thing over the other...an opportunity cost...if you are an investor you might lose money if you sell your asset or hold on to your asset depending on the price of that asset at that point...you might get stuck in a job which doesn't pay you good enough and after a long period one day you may find that there are others who are far ahead in the race and you are relatively poor...you might choose path of a business and you might do better than all those who stuck to the so called safe jobs...all it depends on what you chose to do or not to do and how the things unfold from then onwards...

They also think learning technologies/architectures is easy because they know only names of technologies, they do not know what is inside. They do not know depth. I know many people who do bug fixing in struts project, but they do not know anything about struts. But recruiters do not understand difference between a person who genuinely know how struts work or a person who use some methods to fix bugs but does not know struts. For recuriters both are same.



And In India they (the recruiters) seem to think that you give 30%-40% hike to a techie and he'll be ready to change the job...

I agree on this...IT, especially outsourcing model, seems to be losing the sheen of late in India because of huge demand/supply gap as a fallout of financial crisis...

I'm not able to upload SCEA(Old) Part II Assignment. It says I don't have the rights to upload.

I've already sent an email to Sun for one day now but yet to get reply.

I also have to schedule and appointment and take Part III exam.

Can I take Part III exam before uploading assignment?
