i am having html file.when i write the text and submit the form,the text feild in html form should go like a message to the mailid.All are mataning the different mailid in the database like gmail,hotmail, rediff,yahoo .So how can i send the message to all those mailid .In which technology can i do it

i got a problem can any one help me.I am using Session to store the information.i am using the META TAG to refresh and the session is also getting refreshed can any one help me how to retain the information the information of the session

i am creating a live chat for website .can any one tel me that i can use socket programming or not ,and some are telling socket is only for Desktop IS THAT TRUE
