If you have an SSO(Single Sign On) solution like Siteminder or RSA, you can log in to a web app without a login prompt.

Or, you can use the Windows Integrated Login emulation in Apache, or use IIS and have the client change their IE settings to log them in automatically.

I geeked a bit with latter, but we are going into production with the former.

I prefer the former, rather than the latter.

Looks like the xml document is not well-formed.
<element_name />
D:\Apache Tomcat 4.0\conf\tomcat-users.xml
Here is mine, which has been untouched.
<tomcat-users>
<user name="tomcat" password="tomcat" roles="tomcat" />
<user name="role1" password="tomcat" roles="role1" />
<user name="both" password="tomcat" roles="tomcat,role1" />
</tomcat-users>
http://www.apl.jhu.edu/~hall/java/Servlet-Tutorial/
has a decent set of instructions for Tomcat.

Partition Magic is also very handy, as is fdisk (Linux flavor) and fips.

I bought removable drive cases. They work rather well and cost about $100 for 3 drives. Just turn off the machine, swap drives, and turn back on. You need an open 5.25in. drive bay and set your BIOS to auto for HDD detection unless all the drives are the same.
I have Windows 2000 for Microsoft development, Win98 HDD for games, and Linux HDD running Red Hat 6.2. Has really extended the use of my computer.

I found the problem. I was out of hard drive space. Also Sun has instructions on their site. Have to run chmod first.

Love that Linux I do. And Java too.

I just finished teaching a set of classes on OOA&D/UML/Design Patterns
here are some links I found useful.

Books I used are UML Distilled by Martin Fowler and Design Pattern by Gamma et. al, (GoF)

Try looking at strategy type design patterns like Strategy and Template as explained in Design Patterns by Gamma et al.(GoF)
These will help with delegation of responsibilities or can extend existing algorithms for searching.

Three U's that design patterns must satisfy:
Useful, usable and used.
I just taught a OO/UML/Design Patterns class. It was over most of their heads. We used UML Distilled by Martin Fowler, and Design Patterns by Gamma et al. (GoF). Excellent books.

Don't shoot the messenger but Exchnage can be setup to send faxes with the right 3rd party tool. Faxination and RightFax are two.
From the user's perspective, one types in a fax number instead of the email address in the TO: property.

You're prolly going to take a hit for not having your UserName in the right format. Has to be pretty like mine.
