I have seen a few posts on the forum which mention vouchers for the certification exam.

How would one get one of these vouchers?
Do these vouchers allow one to take the exam at a reduced price? (Also are there are any other advantages that go with these vouchers)

If yes, does anyone here have one of these vouchers for SCJP 6.0?

Which version of XMLSpy would work (purely from a Certification exam standpoint) for practicing examples?

Also is there a Free Version of this software I could use?
