yes, session.invalidate() is called and then a logged out screen is displayed to the user

Hi,
We maintain session ids with log in, but which is invalidated only when we close the browser instead of at log out time. So, if i re-login without closing the browser i get the same session id. how to fix this.

And also help in implementing GUID in tomcat.

Thanks & Regards

Hi,
From 2002 I am working in Java, But 5 and 1/2 years in that is Lecturer. But I am strong in Java. Companies/and also myself get confused whether to consider me for programming level (2 or 3 yrs experience category) or consider for Architect/manager level (with my total experience). I did not do any Project Manager Certifications and like due to its cost. In all companies i clear tech. rounds but the problems are with the Next level HR people. where and in what designation, category to keep me? with this confusion simply they reject me.

Tech. panel in interviews explicitly said, "technically sound, knowledge, communication, way of explaining projects, concepts, technologies are much comparable to a senior person, so don't apply for 2, 3 experience category"

what should i do further. Interested to explore much with newer technologies, experts and domains. Awaiting a chance to prove myself with proper recognition.

Please advice
Thanks
Sorry i also posted this in jobs offered.

I tried many ways. By fluke, a dot (".") solved the problem. i.e, the main package is "main" under c:\proj\ folder. p1, p2 and p3 are under this "main" package. I set classpath like the one below (added a dot after "c:\proj\") which solved the problem:
set classpath=%classpath%;c:\proj\.;

This includes all sub folders (sub packages) to the classpath.

Also thanks Rob Prime.

Hi all,
I have classes like below:

c:\proj\main\p1\Class1.class
c:\proj\main\p1\Class2.class
c:\proj\main\p2\Class3.class
c:\proj\main\p2\Class4.class
c:\proj\main\p3\Main5.class

here main, p1,p2 and p3 are packages. if i want to modify classpath for the above classes, i need to do like this:
set classpath=%classpath%;c:\proj\main\p1\;c:\proj\main\p2\;c:\proj\main\p3\;

Here all p1,p2 and p3 are subpackages of "main" package. And when the number of subpackages becomes large, the classpath becomes a big list (like a paragraph!!). Is there any way simplify this i.e to include all subpackages of main package.

Thanks

Hi all,
I can able to create and executes jar files containing my packages and classes. But, how to include some jar files (like jmf.jar, etc) into my jar file. It creates properly, but results in Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:

Ex: test folder contains TestHello.java and a package hello.
This hello package contains Hello.java
...\test\classes>jar -cvfe hello.jar TestHello *.* - creates and executes properly (java -jar hello.jar displays output properly)

But, ...\test\classes>jar -cvf hello1.jar hello\*.* - creates jar file, hello1.jar
...\test\classes>jar -cvfe hello.jar TestHello TestHello.class hello1.jar - creates hello.jar properly
...\test\classes>java -jar hello.jar results in Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: hello/Hello

please help in including jar into jar!!!
