Hi,

Does BEA weblogic 8.1 support runAtClient attribute of netui:tree tag? I am not getting the attribute while trying to use it. Do I need to get some lib file for this?

I am facing an issue with server serialization of HashMap variables. I have a public HashMap of (<String, String>) as class variable in a controller class. While running in a cluster environment, if the active managed server is shutdown, the control switches over to the other managed server. But I am not getting the previous keys and values of the HashMap variable in the 2nd server. Content of the HashMap variable is wiped out during the switch of the server.

Is HashMap not serializable? Any clue why this might happen?

Hi,

I want to know if I can get the system time zone in Javascript. I am able to get the timezone offset by calling getTimezoneOffset. But this gives me the difference between the local time and UTC. Is it possible to get the timezone ID (expanded/ short) like "US/Pacific" or "PST".

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I want to get all available time zones in 3 letter format. like "GMT", "PST" etc.. I was trying to use TimeZone.getAvailableIDs(). But this function does not return the 3 letter format. Could you please suggest a way out. Thanks in advance.

Actually I am using that in a portlet. And the pageFlow variables are variables defined in the page flow controller (JPF) of the portlet. Normally these variables are being used as {pageFlow.<variable name>} in the JSP pages.

Hi,

I am facing a problem with <netui:select> tag. The code I am using is

<netui:select tagId="filterStation" dataSource="{pageFlow.filterStation}" onChange="javascript:submitform();" >
<netui:selectOption value="a" />
<netui:selectOption value="b" />
<netui:selectOption value="ca" />
</netui:select>

Now as soon as I change the selection the pageFlow variable should get updated. But I am getting the old value itself.

Thanks in advance.
I am facing a problem like, I have a search page developed in JSP. I dont want the browser to record the histroy of this search page. Like, if I search 4 items, one click on the browser back button should navigate to the page from where I came to the search page and not the 3 rd search page. Is it possible?
