That is very cool analogy for thread and object lock.
It helps me.
Thank you.
Krishna

Your very early congrats gives me positive omen
I hope, soon I will get "Congrats" for my result.

Jesper

Guess Krishna's wish is because of my thread in results sub-forum (which is however moved later)

Thanks a lot for your replies and links.
It surely helps.
I have little confusion on taking a test.
Right now am preparing with K&B book on Java 5.
Would it be advisable to take SCJP 1.6?

I am much determined to take on 1.5 but bit afraid it might look as old version in Resume.

I would really appreciate your suggestions friends.

Christian

Congrats and thanks a lot for your tips.
Especially "taking self-test after every 6 chapters".

Hi

I too had a same question.
Thanks for clarifying it.
Agarwal

Your explanation make sense to me.
Thanks again.
Fonseca and Agarwal, Thanks for your replies.

Fonseca,
Agarwal had given it crystal clear. That is what I have faced too.
Hope I have answered it clearly.

Hi All

I have a question.
It might seem as a trivial one. But it is still nagging.

When I compiled my source file with the case difference (original: HelloWorld; compiled it as Helloworld), it was fine and compiled
But while running, it throws the exception at main method.
What is the logic behind this?
I am using jdk 6.0

I would really appreciate your help.
Thanks
