Hi Forum Readers,

I am getting an SSL Exception when i try to connect to HTTPS.

Recently our application migrated to weblogic 92 from weblogic 81. In weblogic 81 the https connection worked fine. But in weblogic 92 i am getting the following exception.

Henry,

How to take the indexOf for second colon, i aware that the last colon can be taken using lastindexof method.
I need everything between those two colons. but the problem here is may get a colon in between but i should take the string from second colon from starting till the last colon in the string.

Hope the above explanation is clear.

Note i do not know what string is coming all i have to do is extract from second colon from starting till last colon at the end of string.

Thanks all your quick response.

Hi all,

I need a extract a substring from a given string

For example,

"\"LT-1-1-1:EVLT-F,EVLT-F:SWOVERRULE=NOOVERRULE,LSMPWR=UP,EQPTPROFNAME=VC8DEFAULT,,RSTCAUSE=POWERON,RSTTIME=70-01-01,00:03:45,RSTNUM=0,OAMIPADDR=0-0-0-0,PAIRNUMBER=0,DUALHOSTIPADDR=0-0-0-0,DUALHOSTLSMLOC=0-0:IS-NR,\""

Note the entire string comes in one single line and i need to take out the substring

SWOVERRULE=NOOVERRULE,LSMPWR=UP,EQPTPROFNAME=VC8DEFAULT,,RSTCAUSE=POWERON,RSTTIME=70-01-01,00:03:45,RSTNUM=0,OAMIPADDR=0-0-0-0,PAIRNUMBER=0,DUALHOSTIPADDR=0-0-0-0,DUALHOSTLSMLOC=0-0

Can anyone please help.

I think the ConnectException throws to Exception and there we are just printing the stacktrace so i guess it hangs there.

Correct me if i am wrong

Hi Deepak,

Sorry for confusing you by saying DTD and stuffs(thats my guess i may not be correct)

The Scenario is i am trying to check a timeout condition which is working well in weblogic 8.1.

Now we are upgrading weblogic 9.2 and i am trying to check the same timecondition.

I am just pointing to a wrong URL. Its a XML Over HTTP connection. And i am getting the following error

<Sep 7, 2009 6:29:20 AM GMT-06:00> <Info> <Health> <BEA-310002> <65% of the total memory in the server is free>
TaiHttpConn exception:java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'st-ipd
web.oss.att.com', port: '80'
java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'st-ipdweb.oss.att.com', port
: '80'
at TaiHttpConn.connect(TaiHttpConn.java:600)
at TaiHttpConn.run(TaiHttpConn.java:46)
<Sep 7, 2009 6:53:20 AM GMT-06:00> <Info> <Health> <BEA-310002> <54% of the total memory in the server is free>

My Log hungs here and ussually in weblogic 8.1 my application will wait for sometime and it will throw a time out error to the client. But now my application is hung.

The same scenario working well in weblogic 8.1 (Note we have not changed our application code).

Hi All,

I am trying to connect with another application using XML over HTTP with weblogic 9.2

In order to test the timeout scenario i have given the wrong url of the downstream application..

(Note this scenario works well in weblogic 8.1 means i am waiting some time and sending out timeout message.)

But when i use weblogic 9.2 i am getting the following error.

TaiHttpConn exception:java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'st-ipdweb.oss.att.com', port: '80'
java.net.ConnectException: Tried all: '1' addresses, but could not connect over HTTP to server: 'st-ipdweb.oss.att.com', port
: '80'

I guess i should make weblogic9.2 not to validate the DTD if so can anyone help me how to do it?

Can anyone please help me out in this?

Hi All,

I am trying to monitor Weblogic Server 9.2 using Jprofiler5.2.2 in Solaris Box.

I am tryin it with Xwindows..

I am able to open JProfiler using Exceed X windows. I have configured Jprofiler to pick up the startWeblogic.sh script and it creates a new script called startWebLogic_jprofiler.sh

Jprofiler is able to start the adminserver(I am able to see in the server logs which says SERVER started in RUNNING MODE).

After that in jprofiler GUI there is a popup going on which says connection status.

It tries to connect to the connect IP ADDRESS and the port (i have used the default from JProfiler that is 8849

It gives me the following error in a popup window

Could not connect to 135.91.22.160:8849 Please make sure that the remote address is correct, the remote program is started properly and the network route allows socket connections

Can anyone help me out in this?

Your early response is highly appreciated. (Note : Our application is undergoing memory leak issue thats y i am interested in profiling it with JProfiler)

Thanks for your reply Antany,

Even i have done it using String Function as you said using lastIndex.

Hi all,
I have a requirement wherein i have to take the last word which in coming in a string.

Ex:

I have a string in below format

String Str = "2009-08-05T15:07:12-04:00#2009-08-05 15:07:09 EDT: Failed or Error in Loopback for OCU"

I have to take the word OCU from the given string

Note: I donot know what string is coming as input and only thing i know is i have to take the last word in the string in this case the last word is OCU.

I am trying to use the regular expression in replaceFirst method.

Can anyone give me regex which will satisfy my requirement?

Early response is highly appreciated!!!
