Hi,

I am an Software Professional with 4 years experience in C,c++, DBMS and Java. I have strong knowledge in Java, JEE, Struts and Hibernate. All these 4 years i have been into Training(Corporate Training) of C, C++, DBMS& Oracle, Java. In feb2009 I got laid of due to recession. From Nov2008 till feb2009 I was in software developement. Since layoff I have not got any job. I am not interested to pursue in training as I feel training can be more effective once you work in development. I did a self analysis and found that my area of interest is

Software Research Analysis and Development which includes Software Development and Testing using Java, JEE, Opensource technologies and Database.

Now that i know my area of interest i just wanted to know how to get a job in the above field. Do company concentrate on R&D.

Please help me.

Hi,

I am an Software Engineer with overall 4+ years experience in IT and 3 years relevant job experience in Java, JEE, Struts2, Hibernate. I am an SCJP .I have worked in both Training and Development. I want to get into pure development. Technically I am very strong. Since my resume has both training and development experience it seems its not working. Please suggest me what to do.
