hi,
in your program that service method is just like normal method.that method does't contain any parameters and does't throws any exception. so that is just like normal method. bydefault that method won't executes,and you have to call explacitly.

if you wrote the service method as follows then it may executes bydefault.

by using POST you can send huge amount of data to server.
you can send both text and binary data
it is secured than GET.

1)getOutPutStream(); is for both text and binary

2)getWriter(); is only for text data.

based on your requirement you can use it.

if any error occurs in a jsp.at that time you can display proper error jsp page by using the page directive isErrorPage attribute.

HttpServletRequest interface does't contain any sendRedirect(); method.

please clarify the question.

two ways to unzip war file

1)move to war file folder and type jar -xf filename.war
2)change the extention with .zip and extract it with winzip

Why we are using these type of Generic classes is nothing but we are providing the type safty for our class.

Here the T is just logical name.it means at run time you can pass any type of value into this class.

instead of hardcoading the value we are putting logical name.

The 'T' may any thing at runtime it may be Integer,String,Boolean....etc

Here the in the Test class

if you want to use the Test class for Integers you can use it.
Test<Integer> t1=new Test<Integer>(10);

if you want to use the Test class for Strings you can use it.
Test<String> t2=new Test<String>("praneeth");

if you placed the String in the place of 'T' you are allowed to insert only Strings.(just like its hardcoading)
so now my Test class is in a position to handle any type of Objects.

i request you please observe the bellow simple example.
