How did you know your results, either thru email or Sun Certification Database?

By today, I have crossed 6 weeks from the submission date.Still, there is no update from Sun.

Dear all,

I'm almost completing 6 weeks from the p2 submission date, still there is no update on both the results database. Whom should I contact to know the status of P2/P3 result? Is there any phone number do you have other than this email suncert_ww@oracle.com. The delay is making me so nervous and every day ,I get disappointed by looking at assignment test result portal having no update.

Kindly provide your suggestion.

I have submitted P2 assignment on 10th May after P3 exam given.
4 weeks are passed now and how long do I need to wait for the final result? till end of June or more time required?
Result delay happens based on the volume of the submitted work. Is it true?

Where does the SCEA results get updated first?
Is it on Assignment portal(URL: https://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment/login.idc) or Certification Manager (i7lp.integral7.com)? May I get any email notification as an alert? please advice.

Its better you contact Sun or Oracle office near to your location. In my case(in city of Dubai), I had contacted them and paid them thru bank,finally I received the mail with acitvated url link for download.

I have downloaded the assignment from sun assignment portal and appered Part-3 exam today. How do I submit my assignment? Is it thru portal or email?

If email is only the choice, Which is the correct email address? architect-submit_US@oracle.com or architect-submit_US@sun.com

Is there any assignment size restrictions like Max 1-MB only allowed for marking? mine is exceeded 1 mb.

Please provide me the valid details for assignment submission. Last minute decision making me nervous....

Which is the best approach (transactional entity manager and extended entity manager) for handling transactions in stateful session bean with JPA in clustered application server?

If extended context entity manager is chosen, data is stored in memory always synchronized with database beyond a transaction.

Can you please provide me the clarity to choose right persistency context?

Having thought of implementing "application service" pattern( in exam point of view), I tried to use additional layer "Business service" with session bean. I agree with you this is not right candidate in usage of patterns.

Regarding Business Delegate in ejb 3, Dependency Injection is remove the JNDI with service locator in Business delegate class.Since remote exceptions are unchecked in ejb 3, some decoupling is required between business and presentation tier. Can annotated session beans remove this tight coupling & override the responsibility of business delegate?

Can you please give more clear picture on this or share reference documents?

Is there anything wrong in this approach of object interactions in Sequence diagram?
User-->Controller-->Backing Bean-->Business Delegate-->Session Bean-->Service class-->JPA Entity

Can I move the business logic to 'Service' class from 'EJB' class? Any advantage in keeping business logic in 'EJB' as enterprise component rather than delegating to business service class?

Can I use XML-RPC over HTTP protocol for the interaction between j2ee application and subsystem( which accepts xml payload as input)?
Note: sub system is deployed in within the company.
